review before it enters the clean library. Choose the facets carefully:
they travel with every file in the batch.
Cannot find it? Choose Unassigned and note the project in
your review sitting, or ask a super admin to add it.
The safety guard. When unsure, leave internal-only.
Nothing confidential goes external without the library owner's
sign-off.
Usage rights are assigned at
review by the marketing admin. Your uploads arrive as internal-only
until then.
